Orders received and confirmed will be prepared and shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on stock availability. For custom-made or personalized products, this period may extend up to 5 business days. Public holidays and weekends are not considered business days.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

If you notice any missing items or damage after receiving the product, you can contact our customer service within 7 days at the latest. The situation will be investigated, and you will be provided with the necessary guidance.

6. Delivery Address Information
To ensure your order is delivered correctly and on time, you must provide your complete address and contact information. Our company cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Delivery Responsibility
Delivery by the shipping company is considered complete only when the recipient receives the product. From this point on, the responsibility for the product lies with the recipient.
