Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website www.homeaslan.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 - Product Information
The type, quantity, brand, model, selling price, payment method, delivery address, and shipping cost of the product(s) are determined according to the information in the system at the time the order is placed.
This information is displayed to the Buyer on the order confirmation screen and is an integral part of the contract.
Article 4 - Delivery and Shipping
The product(s) will be handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location.
Shipping costs may be added to the order total or covered by the Seller as part of a free shipping campaign.
If the recipient or their authorized representative is not present at the address during delivery, the delivery will be carried out according to the procedures of the shipping company.
Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the Seller in writing within this period.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.
After notifying us of your cancellation, the product must be returned using the shipping company specified by the Seller.
The seller will refund the buyer's price within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., pillows, duvets, bed linens, mattress protectors, etc.).
Article 6 - Refund
The price of the returned product will be refunded to the Buyer via the payment method used.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the bank in payments made by credit card.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in return for items other than those returned under the right of withdrawal.
Article 7 - Warranty and Product Liability
The seller is responsible for ensuring that the products sold are free from defects and comply with regulations.
If the buyer discovers that the product is defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving it, they must notify the seller.
Article 8 - Privacy and Data Protection
The recipient's personal data is protected under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data is processed solely for the purpose of carrying out order and delivery processes.

Article 9 - Resolution of Disputes
In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the Seller's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
Article 10 - Entry into force
By placing an order through www.[your domain name].com, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and electronically approved all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The contract enters into force on the date the order is placed.
