Return policy

1. General Information
Customer satisfaction is a priority for Aslan Home.
You have the right to return products purchased from www.homeaslan.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return procedures are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related Distance Selling Regulation.

2. Return Conditions
Your refund request will be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with the label intact.

  • The product must be in a resalable condition.

  • It should be sent along with the invoice and order number.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for textile products such as pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, and bed linen sets after use.

Your return request will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of receiving the product, and you will be notified of the result via email.

3. Return Process

  • You can return the product you wish to return by sending it back via the same courier company that delivered it to you, with the shipping cost paid by the recipient*, along with the invoice.

  • Once the product reaches us, it will be checked, and for approved returns, a refund will be issued to you via the method you used for payment.

  • Depending on your bank and payment infrastructure, it may take 1-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Conditions for Change
Exchange transactions are carried out according to stock availability.
If the product you wish to exchange is available in a different color or size, you will be informed before the new product is shipped.
Refunds will be issued for items that are out of stock.

5. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order has a manufacturing defect or damage due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
You must return the product in its original packaging along with the delivery receipt from the shipping company.
After the situation is reviewed, a free exchange or refund will be processed.

6. Non-returnable Products
The following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene or personal use reasons:

  • Used, washed, or personalized products

  • Underwear and hygiene products

  • Products marked "no exchanges" during campaigns and discounted sales.
